The 28 year old defender, joins us from Worthing following two spells with the Sussex Rebels. A calm and composed presence at the back, Alfie first made his debut for the Sussex side at the start of the 2017/18 Isthmian Premier season having joined from Wingate & Finchley, before returning to the Sussex side in January 2024 as part of their National South squad. A centre-half by position, Alfie is also capable of playing in other defensive/midfield roles and will add additional versatility and experience to our defensive options.

Alfie came through the youth ranks at Watford, signing professional terms and captaining the Academy sides in his spell with the Hornets, before gaining valuable experience in non-league football with Hendon and Wingate & Finchley before heading to the coast and Worthing. After his first spell with the Rebels, Alfie joined Potters Bar where he played under Lee O’Leary at the Scholars, before heading south again to Kingstonian, Lewes and Worthing again. Alfie brings proven quality at this level, as well as experience of competing at the very top of the division and will be a great addition to the squad heading into the new season.
