We are delighted to announce that Jayden Bennetts has signed a contract with the club that will extend his stay at the Meadow until the end of the 2026/27 season, the exciting attacking midfielder has impressed both managers & supporters since joining the club in October 2025.
24 year old Jayden began his career in the academy at Watford, where he was taught by Chesham joint-manager James Duncan, progressing through the youth ranks and making his first team debut during the 2019/20 season, Jayden moved to Germany to find regular footballs with spells at SC Paderborn and VfB Stuttgart, before spells in the Regionalliga (4th tier) with Phönix Lübeck and later FC Düren.
Jayden signed for the Generals on his return to England, making his debut at Maidstone and featuring 15 times so far for the Generals where he has added creativity and dynamism to the midfield options, impressing the managers with his performances for the club to earn his deal as we start the second half of the season.
