Men's First Team Kit Manager
We are looking for a dedicated and organised Kit Manager to manage all aspects of the first-team kit and equipment. The successful candidate will ensure the team’s kit & equipment is fully prepared by maintaining, organising, and transporting all kit and equipment, as well as working closely with the coaching staff and players to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage, wash prepare all first-team kit, ensuring players and staff have the correct attire for training and matches
- Washing facilities for the kit are provided at the ground
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and inventory of all kit and equipment
- Set up dressing rooms and technical areas before matchdays
- Transport kit and equipment to home and away fixtures as required
- The club coach or van will be provided where necessary to get kit to matches
- Work closely with coaching and medical staff to ensure all equipment needs are met
- Assist with basic equipment maintenance and replacements
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar kit management role (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Reliable and proactive, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work evenings and weekends, including all matchdays
- Full UK driving licence

- Experience working in a semi-professional or professional football environment.
Working Hours
- Availability required for all first-team matches, including weekends and occasional midweek fixtures.
- As needed during the week to wash & prepare kit

Men's First Team Performance Analyst
We are seeking a passionate Football Analyst to deliver insightful and detailed analysis of football games, players, and strategies. The successful candidate will utilise video and data analysis to assess player performance, tactics, and team dynamics, collaborating closely with the managerial and coaching team to inform decision-making and enhance team performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Record and analyse matches and training sessions to identify trends, strengths, and weaknesses of the team and individual players.
- Provide detailed match reports and player assessments to the coaching staff.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of player statistics and performance indicators.
- Use video analysis software to review and break down match footage.
- Collaborate with coaches and scouts to identify potential player recruits.
- Present analysis findings in an accessible and informative manner to various stakeholders, including coaching staff and players.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in football tactics and analysis techniques.
- Assist in the development of team strategies and game plans based on analytical findings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Performance Analysis (or working towards), or a related experience
- Proven experience in a football analysis role within a football environment, preferably at the semi-professional or professional level.
- Proficiency in video analysis software (e.g., Hudl, Wyscout, Veo) and data analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of football tactics and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends, including matchdays.
Desirable Attributes
- Experience with performance monitoring tools and data analysis.
- Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and other performance analysis technologies.
- A proactive approach to continuous professional development.
Working Hours
- Training sessions are typically held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
- Availability required for all first-team matches, including weekends and occasional midweek fixtures.

Media Team Volunteers

Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging written content including match previews, club articles and interviews
- Create engaging video content including player features
- Support creation of graphics pack to combine with the digital output
- Support in-game match updates & other match content
- Help maintain the club website with up-to-date news and media
- Assist in filming and editing post-match interviews and highlights
- Capture matchday videos for use across digital platforms
- Manage and schedule content for Chesham United’s official social media channels (Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
- Support live streaming and broadcast setups, as well as the first team management with match footage where necessary
Qualifications & Experience
- A passion for football and digital media
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of social media trends and digital storytelling
- Basic photography or videography skills
- Familiarity with photo & video editing software (Canva, Adobe suites or similar)
Desirable Attributes
- Experience in a media or comms role within football
- Knowledge of non-league football and how social media supports a clubs growth strategy
- Creative mindset and willingness to experiment with new content ideas
- An interest in sports journalism or content creation as a career path
- Access to own camera or editing equipment (not essential)
Working Hours
- Matchday: Availability for home & away games (Saturdays, some Tuesday evenings and Bank Holidays) – assistance with travel to away games
- Midweek: Remote or in-person editing, planning, or writing (flexible around your schedule)
- Occasional training sessions at our training venue and other events for media coverage outside of football (The Comedy Football Trophy, club charity events etc)
