Biography

An experienced, versatile player, Jack joined the Generals from Hayes & Yeading in August 2022, bringing with him a wealth of experience. Comfortable either at left back or in midfield, JC has made 78 appearances in his first 3 seasons at the club and is another member of the squad who was part of the 2023/24 Southern League winning side.

Jack began his career in the academy at Fulham before making his professional breakthrough with Dagenham & Redbridge, where he made over 50 appearances in League Two. In 2016 he joined Ebbsfleet United, helping them earn promotion to the National League in his first season. Spells at Dover Athletic, Hampton & Richmond (loan), and Barnet followed, as Jack continued to ply his trade across the non-league pyramid. On the international stage, he has also represented the Republic of Ireland at under-21 level.
