Biography

Omar joined the club firstly in 2022/23 as an attacking midfielder on loan from Farnborough after their promotion, making a string of appearances as we reached the play offs. He departed at the end of the season to go back to Hayes & Yeading, before re-joining permanently at the start of last season as we made our National League South debut.

Omar began his career in the academy at Southampton, where he earned a professional contract and made his senior debut in the League Cup. After leaving the Saints, he gained further experience abroad in Cyprus with APOEL Nicosia before returning to England, where he enjoyed spells with Bishop’s Stortford, Hemel Hempstead Town, Hayes & Yeading United, Farnborough, and Hungerford Town across Steps 2 & 3.
