Biography

A tricky winger/attacking midfielder who made 37 appearances last season, scoring 5 times including two fantastic long range efforts late in the season. Sammy joined from Southern Premier Central side Royston Town in the summer of 2024 after making 44 appearances at Garden Walk. Prior to ‘The Crows’, Samson was with National League side Maidenhead United, joining them in February 2022 from Potters Bar Town.

Before re-joining the Scholars for the rest of the 2021-22 season under Lee O’Leary’s management, before making his debut in the National League with the Magpies the next season and then joining Chelmsford City on loan in the National South. Samson was Potters Bar’s top scorer in the 2021-22 season with 12 goals from 27 appearances and prior to playing at Potters Bar, Samson played at Enfield Town and was a youngster at Norwich City.
